About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate positions and store leadership roles, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers while helping attract top talent in the market.
  • Map, identify, and attract professionals whose skills align with the company’s competencies, challenges, and culture, using headhunting, networking, digital tools, and various recruitment channels to continuously strengthen our employer brand.
  • Act as a consultant to leaders, understanding each department’s needs and supporting the definition of candidate profiles, attraction strategies, and decision-making throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews, behavioral assessments, and other selection stages, ensuring consistent and accurate evaluations to identify the professionals best suited to each opportunity.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines and talent pools for strategic positions, anticipating future needs and ensuring faster time to fill.
  • Monitor market trends and propose new Talent Acquisition methodologies, tools, and practices that contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and a better experience for everyone involved.
  • Promote and lead internal recruitment programs, strengthening talent mobility, career development, and recognition of the company’s employees.
  • Produce departmental analyses and metrics, turning data into insights that support decision-making and improve recruitment results.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects, process reviews, and workflow automation initiatives, seeking operational efficiency, innovation, and scalability for the function.
  • Share knowledge and serve as a subject-matter expert for the People & Management team, supporting the dissemination of best practices, tools, and Talent Acquisition methodologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, working both with high-volume recruitment and specialized, strategic, and leadership positions.
  • Experience with headhunting, market mapping, talent pipeline development, and competency-based interviews.
  • Experience in retail companies or large, dynamic business environments is preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for metrics analysis and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency with recruitment, talent attraction, and talent assessment tools, along with a continuous interest in new technologies and trends in the HR market.
