About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the Sr. Director of Content Promotion Strategy in leading the design and implementation of content promotion strategy across Caesars iGaming brands
  • Forecast promotional cost, redemption, and player-value impact of content promotions
  • Partner with CRM, Promotion Execution, Publishing, Studio, VIP, and property operations teams
  • Evaluate and report on offer ROI, NGR impact, customer engagement, and retention metrics; recommend optimizations
  • Lead one or more specialists supporting the promotions workflow process
  • Serve as key promotions contact for game suppliers
  • Develop strategies to profitably cross-sell players between game categories
  • Ensure promotions and communications meet advertising, regulatory, and legal standards
  • Collaborate with Creative Studio on visual and copy content for promotions
  • Partner with Caesars property and loyalty marketing teams to leverage property assets for player promotions
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide reporting and recommendations for content promotion campaigns
  • Manage the promotional communications tracker and translate plans into assignments, timelines, creative requests, and Wrike tickets
  • Oversee communications review and approval, deployment schedules, targeting criteria, and applicable markets before launch
  • Manage development, review, and documentation of promotional Terms & Conditions
  • Build and maintain KQCs for promotional campaigns so the Publishing team has accurate execution information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming or online sports
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Understanding of iGaming platforms, player behavior, and regulatory environments
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle heavy business volume and sensitive team member and player problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to simultaneously manage several projects and adapt to changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles
  • Ability to respond to visual and aural cues
  • Ability to work independently
  • Preferred: Experience in regulated U.S. and Canadian markets
  • Preferred: Familiarity with loyalty program design, gamification mechanics, and experiential marketing
