About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, segment, and launch remarketing campaigns, primarily emails, in-app notifications, and push notifications
  • Conduct A/B or multivariate testing on CRM journeys to determine effectiveness
  • Ensure all CRM journeys comply with current industry best practices
  • Assist in content communications as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2–3 years of experience working in an auditing role, in the casino industry or another heavily regulated industry
  • Preferred experience in Gaming Audit and Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations is highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Jersey Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law
  • Detail oriented; high integrity and quality driven
  • Aptitude for problem-solving
  • Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team
  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Must successfully complete a background screen
