About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, segment, and launch remarketing campaigns, primarily through email, in-app, and push notifications
  • Build emails, proofread content, test links, and confirm record counts
  • Conduct A/B or multivariate testing on CRM campaigns
  • Track and report on CRM campaigns to guide improvements and report to the Director
  • Ensure CRM campaigns comply with current industry best practices
  • Oversee coordinators, assign tasks, and assist with new employee training
  • Provide preliminary approval for all player-facing communications
  • Manage CRM campaigns and drive retention across appropriate CRM channels
  • Develop and execute CRM strategy and define campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize retention

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant work experience
  • 2 years + experience in Salesforce and/or Optimove is an asset
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Available to work weekends
  • Excellent communication, proofreading, and organizational skills required
  • Proficiency in HTML is a plus, but not essential
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus, but not essential
  • Well organized and able to prioritize work for self and others
  • Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines
  • Efficient and confident communicator with strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Energy and enthusiasm for a new challenge
  • Ability to tackle a complex regulatory environment
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Jersey Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license required by law
  • Must be able to sit, type, talk on the phone, and write for extended periods
