About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a dedicated book of business of highest-value iGaming customers
Analyze and maintain proper player reinvestment ratios
Extend VIP-exclusive iGaming promotions
Build customer relationships through 40–50 phone calls per day
Email and text offers, promotions, and event invitations
Educate guests about VIP benefits and dedicated gaming resources
Support teammates in the office five days per week, Monday through Friday
Execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance guests’ gaming experience
Organize property reservations nationwide for VIP guests
Attend leadership meetings
Maintain healthy growth across assigned gaming metrics
Operate ethically and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Identify and mitigate compliance risks
Champion honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior

Requirements

What you’ll need

Three+ years’ experience in Executive Hosting, preferably iGaming
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of iGaming required
Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, analytics dashboards, and gaming technologies
Must be able to obtain a gaming license in all jurisdictions Caesars casinos operate in
Must be able to commute to the office each day
Ability to make 40+ telephone calls per day
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Ability to tolerate moderate to loud noise and secondhand smoke
Ability to work under fluorescent lighting and at a desk for most of the day
Ability to operate computers, telephone/headset, and keyboards
Ability to remain on feet or walk long distances when needed
Ability to travel as needed
Ability to work weekends when necessary
Knowledge of casino products and wagering strategy
Technological aptitude to learn new systems and software
