About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain an assigned book of players through direct mail, email, telemarketing, and available technology
- Participate in telephone solicitation and coordinate personalized direct mailings for assigned guests
- Identify cross-sell opportunities based on property and market happenings
- Master existing products/services and stay current on new initiatives, bonus programs, and system changes
- Participate in department and company initiatives to drive sales and revenue
- Teach, mentor, train, and share information with the team
- Build rapport with guests to encourage trial and repeat visitation
- Find new customers based on management-established criteria
- Provide personalized service and support to VIP guests
- Resolve VIP guest issues, service failures, claims, and disputes
- Greet guests at social events and special promotions
- Coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements for on-property visits and social events
- Communicate programs and services to guests, co-workers, and stakeholders
- Coordinate with Player Support, Caesars Rewards, VIP Leaders, Marketing Technology/IT, vendors, and analytics teams
- Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly VIP guest activity, wagering, revenue, win/loss, and generosity levels
- Analyze service delivery systems and identify efficiency and product/service improvements
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, responsible gaming requirements, and company policies
- Communicate successes and challenges to the direct supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- One+ years of experience in sales, casino and/or loyalty marketing with service/support from an online company preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong sales, project management, customer service, and analytical skills a plus
- Extensive knowledge of sports betting, sports, teams, players and leagues required
- Excellent communication and organization skills are required
- Experience in consumer web or game development, including online gaming a plus
- Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to overcome resistance to change and influence people
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels of organization and see things through the eyes of the guest
- Must be able to obtain gaming license as needed
- Must be able to make telephone calls for extended periods (minimum 50+ calls/day)
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to travel as needed up to 5%
- Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment
- Must be able to work in moderate to loud noise conditions
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke
- Must be able to work at a desk for most of the day and use computer monitors and a keyboard
- Must occasionally remain on one’s feet for long periods and/or walk long distances
