About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document application onboarding, access governance, and compliance requirements
- Partner with application owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define and improve IAM processes and controls
- Support access reviews, certification campaigns, audit activities, and compliance initiatives
- Analyze identity and access data to identify trends, improve data quality, and strengthen governance practices
- Define, develop, and maintain IAM metrics, dashboards, operational reports, and performance indicators
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, access certification activities, and reporting activities
- Develop or support scripting and automation solutions using SQL, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies
- Participate in testing, implementation, validation, and enhancement of IAM solutions and integrations
- Partner with application owners to improve provisioning, deprovisioning, access request, and approval workflows
- Identify and remediate orphaned, inactive, excessive, or inappropriate access
- Support continuous improvement efforts focused on operational efficiency, governance maturity, and risk reduction
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data standards that improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of IAM reporting and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, Compliance, Governance, Audit, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and translating business needs into actionable solutions
- Comfortable working with large datasets and performing detailed analysis
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, PowerShell, automation tools, or similar technologies
- Experience supporting governance, operational reviews, process improvement, and process validation activities within a business or technology environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results on time in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms and IAM technologies
- Preferred experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions and workflow automation
- Preferred experience with access certifications, user lifecycle management, and access governance programs
- Preferred experience with data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and data quality initiatives
- Preferred experience with process improvement, process mapping, and operational excellence initiatives
- Preferred experience working within regulated or highly controlled environments
