About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, administer, and monitor monthly production schedules and associate workloads
  • Establish due dates and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
  • Supervise direct marketing operations, including offer generation, list compilation, proofing, and stakeholder coordination
  • Provide leader approvals under established Direct Marketing processes
  • Track team progress and notify the manager of resolution plans when work falls behind
  • Monitor, inspect, evaluate, and analyze results; make changes to achieve desired outcomes
  • Coordinate workflow during shifts to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure daily operational integrity and compliance with regulations, internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Develop team members and ensure completion of required training
  • Train and mentor Marketing Campaign Associates I/II
  • Create development plans with measurable progress tracking
  • Maintain and exceed quality, accuracy, and financial standards
  • Build guest relations, respond to guest concerns, and coordinate with other departments
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks
  • Promote the company’s Mission, Vision, Values, and compliance culture
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field or 5 years of Direct Marketing experience
  • Meets all qualifications for Marketing Campaign Associate I & II positions
  • Two years of Direct Marketing experience in a casino environment preferred
  • Emergent leader
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and willingness to present ideas in a group setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders
  • High integrity and ability to recognize standards required by a regulated business
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions
  • Ability to identify process improvements
  • Proactive approach with quick and creative solutions
  • Flexibility to work any day and any shift, including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to maintain compliance with regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements
  • Must be 21 years or older
