Key responsibilities & impact
  • Transform creative concepts and static designs into compelling motion experiences and animations
  • Execute creative direction from the Associate Creative Director of Motion and other creative leaders
  • Collaborate with designers and art directors to enhance, extend, and strengthen creative concepts
  • Develop motion graphics for digital advertising, paid social, video content, websites, email campaigns, and on-property digital displays
  • Apply timing, hierarchy, composition, typography, and visual storytelling principles
  • Translate campaign concepts and visual systems into motion across channels, formats, and screen sizes
  • Ensure brand consistency while making creative executions more engaging and dynamic
  • Prepare technically accurate, production-ready assets for multiple platforms and channels
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Adapt to feedback, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs
  • Maintain organized project files and follow production workflows and creative standards
  • Explore AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies to improve ideation, asset creation, animation, and production workflows
  • Stay current on motion-design trends, best practices, software advancements, and creative technologies
  • Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency through automation, AI solutions, and evolving workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Animation, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Professional experience in motion design, animation, multimedia design, or a related creative discipline
  • Strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating exceptional motion-design capabilities and creative problem-solving
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects
  • Ability to integrate 3D graphics with 2D design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
  • Strong understanding of motion-design principles including composition, typography, hierarchy, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work effectively within established creative systems and brand standards
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver work within tight deadlines
  • Strong creative thinking and visual problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret and build upon established creative concepts
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, producers, photographers, videographers, and creative leadership
