About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Product Compliance projects to roll out Caesars Digital’s newest technology into new North American states where iGaming, digital, and retail sports betting is legal.
Inform Product Technology groups about approval timelines for new markets, new products, and steady-state updates to existing products.
Develop efficient, repeatable, and scalable submission and approval processes within Caesars Digital’s regulated markets.
Work hands-on with Product Technology development teams to solve problems.
Build and maintain submission and approval plans tracking milestones and dependencies across project workstreams.
Track, surface, and mitigate project risks before they affect timelines.
Liaise with third-party independent test labs to ensure timely product certification.
Work with the VP – Product and Technical Compliance to shape objectives, scope, timescales, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
Act as the key project escalation point, working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve issues.
Improve submission-process efficiency and guide Product Compliance toward effective agile practices.
Follow up on and implement retrospective action items.
Provide general support for the Product Compliance group.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 to 4 years’ experience in Project Delivery, as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent.
Detailed knowledge of Product or IT delivery processes and approaches in use across the market.
Strong customer focus recognizing internal and external customers, establishing effective relationships, and demonstrating a thorough understanding of customer needs.
Experience in process management and process improvement, specifically within an agile Product organization.
Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
Professional management skills including communication, networking, and influencing skills necessary to establish working relationships within the company up to board level and 3rd party development partners.
Confident operating within a constantly changing environment, with frequent prioritization changes.
Able to focus on strategic goals and objectives while dealing tactically with operational issues.
Experience with tracking KPI’s and improving upon them.
Ability to track the progress and quality of work being performed.
Ability to keep the project team, stakeholders, and others informed about project status and issues that may impact successful project completion.
Ability to interact with colleagues from all disciplines and drive delivery of products and features.
