About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Caesars Digital business initiatives from requirements scoping through regulatory approval
- Manage the Product Compliance team’s day-to-day work and hold teams and stakeholders accountable for key projects
- Develop processes to track project deliverables, action items, risks, and dependencies
- Create and maintain a centralized Product Compliance project repository
- Build relationships with regulators and independent testing labs and serve as an escalation point
- Lead the Product Compliance workstream for jurisdictional expansion across North America
- Inform Product Technology groups about approval timelines for new markets, products, and updates
- Develop repeatable, scalable submission and approval processes
- Work hands-on with Product Technology development teams to solve problems
- Maintain submission and approval plans tracking milestones and dependencies
- Track, surface, and mitigate project risks
- Liaise with independent test labs to ensure timely product certification
- Partner with the Vice President of Product & Technical Compliance on objectives, scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement
- Resolve issues with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Guide Product Compliance toward more agile and responsive operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7 to 10+ years of experience in Project Delivery as a Program Manager, Sr. Project Manager, or equivalent
- 2 to 4+ years of experience within the regulated gaming industry
- Detailed knowledge of Product or IT delivery processes and approaches, including Agile and Scaled Agile
- Experience working with executive-level technical and non-technical stakeholders, internal and external
- Experience in process management and process improvement within an agile product organization
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
- Professional management skills, including communication, networking, and influencing skills
- Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment with frequent prioritization changes
- Ability to focus on strategic goals while addressing operational issues
- Experience tracking and improving agile KPIs
- Experience screening, interviewing, and onboarding team members
- Ability to interact with colleagues from all disciplines
- Strong communication skills
- Experience leading or overseeing a multi-member team
- Experience mentoring and training team members
