About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product roadmap and delivery for a new dedicated poker application across iOS, Android, and web, from initial launch through post-launch iterations
- Define the end-to-end player journey, including registration, lobby and game selection, cashier, and responsible gaming
- Drive integration between the Caesars iGaming platform and poker platform vendor
- Translate vendor platform capabilities into a differentiated Caesars product experience
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing player experience improvements, vendor integration work, regulatory requirements, and internal stakeholder requests
- Own the poker tab and entry points within Caesars Sportsbook and iCasino products to drive cross-sell, acquisition, and engagement
- Define and maintain consistent UX standards across standalone and embedded poker experiences
- Partner with Sportsbook, iCasino, and PAM product teams on account, wallet, and promotions dependencies
- Serve as primary product liaison with the poker platform vendor, managing product relationship, roadmap alignment, feature requests, and SLA accountability
- Partner with internal Caesars poker business stakeholders on game, player demographics, competitive landscape, and go-to-market strategy
- Represent product priorities across Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management experience with digital consumer products, ideally in iGaming, online gaming, or a closely related regulated vertical
- Direct experience with online poker, either as a PM who has owned a poker product, operator, analyst, or through deep gameplay experience
- Experience managing vendor integrations as a PM
- Comfort operating in a greenfield environment; experience launching a new product or leading a 0-1 initiative
- Solid understanding of regulated gaming environments, including player verification, responsible gaming requirements, and state-level regulations
- Preferred: Background in a multi-state online gambling product launch
- Preferred: Familiarity with poker-specific platform technology
- Preferred: Experience working within a shared wallet, unified account system across regulated verticals
