About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish Caesarstone as a brand and category leader in the Denver and Phoenix markets
  • Build relationships with architects, designers, design influencers, educators, regional and custom home builders, developers, and general contractors
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships and act as a trusted product and services advisor
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the architecture and design sector
  • Present, educate, and inspire designers through product knowledge meetings, lunch-and-learns, design and development meetings, CEU presentations, company and industry events, and social media
  • Provide product solutions for project design, application, and budgetary needs
  • Increase project win rate by following the New Development business process
  • Collaborate with New Development team members throughout the project lifecycle from conception through completion
  • Develop and maintain a project opportunity pipeline focused on obtaining product specifications for new development multifamily projects
  • Develop deep product expertise and articulate product features and benefits
  • Use consultative selling to understand client challenges and objectives and develop customized proposals
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies and provide insights to management
  • Represent Caesarstone at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
  • Maintain CRM records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Use Caesarstone systems and third-party tools to identify new project leads
  • Travel extensively to engage with existing and potential customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalency in experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of persuading/influencing others
  • Stone Industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on architectural or design-related industries
  • Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concepts, materials, and trends
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations, create, compose, and edit written materials
  • Proven history of sales success identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Ability to translate client needs into effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Valid Driver’s License and willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel
  • Proficiency in using desktop computers and peripherals, necessitating manual dexterity
  • Physical ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs may be required
