About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, research, and evaluate potential brand partners, B2C opportunities, and co-marketing leads in the DACH region
- Create localized pitch emails and outreach materials
- Maintain and structure the partnership pipeline, following up on inquiries and initial contacts
- Support the planning, setup, and rollout of partnership campaigns
- Coordinate advertising assets, landing pages, and promotional materials with partners and internal teams
- Track campaign timelines, organize voucher codes, and collect partner assets
- Track, record, and analyze conversion rates, leads, and partner-driven trial subscriptions
- Prepare presentations, performance reports, and recommendations for action
- Monitor partner promotions, bundle offers, and commercial trends in digital subscriptions and media
- Identify new partnership channels and innovative co-branding formats
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or recently completed a degree
- Native-level German
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong written communication skills for engaging with external brand partners
- Proficiency with basic data handling and spreadsheets, particularly Excel and Google Sheets
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach to work
- Pragmatic mindset and a strong sense of ownership
- Interest in brand partnerships, customer acquisition mechanisms, and B2B deals
- Minimum internship duration: 4 months
