Key responsibilities & impact

Build end-to-end solutions, selecting the ideal technology for each layer—from backend development and LLM integration to the final user interface, web pages, bots, or invisible automations.
Work closely with the People Operations team to map operational workflows.
Translate complex recruiting, retention, and leadership needs into efficient software products.
Actively participate in tool conception, focusing on reducing user friction, predefined success metrics, and delivering practical value.
Implement solutions compliant with Brazil’s LGPD, including data anonymization.
Structure evaluations (Evals) to monitor latency, model hallucinations, and the effective reduction of operational time.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with the autonomy to work across frontend, backend, and data pipelines.
Experience using LLMs in products deployed to production.
Experience with microservices architectures, from design through implementation.
Product-oriented mindset: a natural inclination to understand user pain points before coding, balancing usability, technical feasibility, and design.
Excellent communication skills to align expectations and make trade-offs with non-technical stakeholders in People Operations, working effectively in ambiguous situations.
Previous experience building solutions, tools, or integrations for the HR ecosystem (HCM, ERP, etc.)—a plus.
Experience structuring tests and reliability metrics for AI models—a plus.
Productive use of development assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code—a plus.
