About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience
- Conduct user research and data analysis to understand users’ needs and behaviors
- Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes to test and validate product and design concepts
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, product, marketing, and other designers, to ensure product consistency
- Iterate on solutions based on feedback and usability testing, always striving for continuous product improvement
- Maintain the visual and usability consistency of interfaces and solutions, contributing to the ongoing evolution and improvement of style guides and design standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in digital product design, with a proven portfolio
- Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and others
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions
- Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design solutions
- Ability to create interactive prototypes using appropriate tools
- Experience working across the end-to-end product development lifecycle in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of Discovery methodologies
- Completed or ongoing degree in Design, User Interface Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
