About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end design process, including Discovery, Customer Research, Concept Development, Customer Testing, Delivery, Implementation, and Production Results with continuous improvement, ensuring an exceptional user experience at every stage
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, business objectives, and OKRs
Create wireframes and interactive, high-fidelity prototypes that communicate the product vision and meet customer needs
Conduct usability testing and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance metrics
Monitor the performance of launched products and initiatives, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements to optimize the experience
Stay up to date on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to the development of innovative products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior-level experience in digital product design
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and others
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions
Experience contributing to end-to-end product development while working closely with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of Discovery methodologies and experience facilitating them
Ability to interpret data, analyze metrics, gather and share insights, and make informed decisions aligned with team and product objectives
Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices
Academic background in Design, User Interface Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
