About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist Team Leads to ensure all payments are processed on time
Investigate payment issues and apply corrective actions using various payment methods and interfaces
Collaborate with invoice-lifecycle stakeholders and the Managed Bill Pay team to meet SLA goals for assigned customers
Prioritize and complete tasks with the Managed Bill Pay Manager for timely assignment resolution
Manage daily payment operations to meet KPIs
Address Zendesk tickets and provide clear, effective solutions
Reprocess outstanding in-house payments
Maintain prefunding balances in the hub
Take on additional projects and duties supporting team and business objectives
Represent the MBP department professionally in communications with vendors, payment processors, and Account Management teams
Fill in for other Senior Analysts when necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Associate degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics or IT preferred
A combination of education and experience will be considered
1-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance preferred
Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment required
Proficient with MS Office
Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Focused and results-oriented
Preferred hours: 9-5pm EST, with some flexibility
