About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs
  • Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds
  • Perform panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications
  • Complete quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish
  • Collaborate with team members to move cars through the repair process
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work location

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides
  • Frame and structural repair knowledge, including pulling, straightening, and squaring
  • No-shortcuts mentality and ability to blueprint repairs
  • Sharp eye for detail, including tightened bolts and perfected welds
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
