About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise collision repairs
  • Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds
  • Complete panel and structural work and restore vehicles to factory specifications
  • Perform quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish
  • Collaborate with the team to move vehicles through the repair process
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work location

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides
  • Frame and structural repair knowledge, including pulling, straightening, and squaring vehicles
  • Ability to blueprint repairs and fix them right the first time
  • Strong attention to detail, including tightened bolts and perfected welds
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
