About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer customer phone calls and distribute as appropriate
- Process sales orders via the CRM
- Distribute general inbox emails to CTI personnel and handle customer requests
- Send order acknowledgments to customers confirming shipments and shipment dates with copies of appropriate paperwork
- Continually maintain customer data in the CRM
- Review shipping paperwork as needed
- Collaborate with Sales, Shipping, and Inventory teams
- Create positive customer interactions and experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent reading comprehension
- Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
