About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined area
- Maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans outlining sales objectives and vulnerabilities
- Provide monthly forecasts for the defined area
- Communicate the value proposition of Calyxo products to customers
- Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products in kidney stone practices
- Communicate market conditions and recommend commercial process improvements
- Partner with Professional Education to deliver clinical and training support
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs
- Partner with Regional Sales, Sales, and Marketing teams to prioritize customers for corporate relationships
- Partner with Customer Service to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Coordinate with Regional Sales and Finance to complete required sales reporting
- Support resolution of product complaints and safety issues
- Support organizational policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, FDA regulations, Customer Relationship policies, and Sunshine Act compliance
- Maintain a professional and credible image with physicians, consultants, suppliers, and teammates
- Manage travel and expenses within the approved budget
- Perform other assigned duties
- Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, efficient, high-achieving, and fun culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience
- Medical device experience preferred
- Strong track record of over-delivering revenue versus sales plan
- Proficient in navigating and accelerating hospital and ASC product approval processes
- Operating room experience required
- Thorough knowledge of urology and urology products
- Strong relationships with local urologists highly desired
- Successful track record of launching new and disruptive technologies
- Proficiency in complex reimbursement environments
- Understanding of the treatment algorithm for patients with kidney stones preferred
- Compliance with relevant vaccination county, state, and federal rules
- Willingness to live in or around the Phoenix, Arizona area
- Frequent travel capability
- Legal authorization to work in the United States required
- Ability to verify identity and employment eligibility and complete required employment eligibility verification upon hire
- Ability to establish and maintain credentials via RepTrax, Vendormate, or similar systems to enter hospitals and medical facilities
