About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support for content team members to ensure project deliverables are communicated, tracked, and completed on time
- Organize and manage project components, including meeting agendas, official meeting minutes, issue logs/tracking documents, and other project management artifacts
- Assist with and coordinate item reviews; track client feedback and internal team responses/resolutions
- Update documentation and support materials for content teams
- Drive and/or participate in educator trainings on systems and processes
- Provide meeting support, including preparation of materials
- Assist with production and assembly of reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Work closely with the Item Development Manager and internal teams to support state clients and statewide computer-based assessment program deliverables
- Work independently or with minimal direction and proactively seek assignments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with MS Office applications and Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Acute attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Must work and reside within the US for this position
