About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support for the program manager and project team members to ensure project deliverables are communicated, tracked, and completed on time
- Provide on-site and virtual meeting support, including preparation of materials and physical attendance for client site meetings
- Engage with state staff and educators and manage concerns and inquiries
- Prepare expense vouchers, travel reimbursements, and invoices and submit to CBO
- Update ancillary documentation and support materials, including software user guides, administration manuals, and brochures
- Organize and manage project components such as meeting agendas, official meeting minutes, issue logs/tracking documents, and other project management artifacts
- Coordinate software user acceptance testing and software specification verifications; track client feedback and internal team responses/resolutions
- Liaise with Help Desk agents to coordinate responses to routine and complex Help Desk cases
- Assist with production and assembly of reports, presentations, proposals, and meeting materials
- Collaborate with internal teams and state clients on statewide computer-based assessment program deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Acute attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Experience with MS Office applications and Google Suite
- Ability to travel up to 20% per quarter
- Reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for remote work
- Active participation in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with camera on
- Must reside and work in the United States
