About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner directly with Relationship Sales Managers to research hardware/software offerings, build customer proposals, generate SOWs, and prepare quotes
- Act as the main operational liaison between sales teams, corporate staff, and major technology vendors such as Cisco, NVIDIA, Dell, and HPE
- Coordinate meetings, vendor requests, and technical demonstrations
- Manage order tracking and ensure prompt client communication
- Keep CRM deal stages updated in real time
- Develop a practical understanding of storage, networking, AI, and life sciences infrastructure
- Help recommend products and identify upsell opportunities
- Drive daily sales workflows from vendor price negotiations and quote creation to customer scheduling and order tracking
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, STEM or related fields preferred)
- Strong interest in working within the IT ecosystem and enterprise technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable reaching out to vendors and clients directly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Practical proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for managing quotes and tracking logs
- Hybrid availability (Waltham office / remote)

- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction
