About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate across business lines to assess professional development needs and recommend, design, and implement learning solutions and content
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and deliver educational programs, including LMS content, compliance learning, new employee orientation/onboarding, technical training videos, and communications
- Create learning content, including documents and videos
- Influence talent development and promote an inclusive workplace that supports cooperation, teamwork, and engagement
- Analyze education programs using benchmarks and metrics aligned with strategic business goals and required learning
- Report program findings quarterly and annually
- Deliver learning content through in-person, virtual, and eLearning/video/job aid platforms
- Maintain the Workday Learning Management System, including reporting, uploading content, answering stakeholder questions, bi-annual testing, and ad hoc requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated adult education instruction experience
- Three to five years background in design, coaching, teaching, and facilitation skills
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) or other systems administration
- Demonstrated ability to create eLearning content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of video creation/editing software
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles
- Ability to effectively present information to stakeholders throughout the organization
- Ability to work across all levels in a fast-paced environment
- Proven abilities to teach and convey banking experience and knowledge in educational programs (preferred)
- Familiarity with American Bankers Association (ABA), Center of Financial Training (CFT), and/or State Banking Associations learning content and instruction venues (preferred)
