About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in the energy consumer sector
  • Provide customer service through multiple channels
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and improve the customer experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers
  • Conduct technical and commercial visits to customers
  • Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and SLAs in collaboration with the sales and legal teams
  • Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with communications, administrative, energy trading partners, operations and management back-office, and IT teams
  • Maintain records of interactions and update the CRM
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide guidance on, monitor, and validate studies prepared by the intern
  • Provide guidance and monitor the intern’s activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience providing consultative and technical customer service
  • Experience in Brazil’s Free Energy Market or the energy sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or a related field within the sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Availability to work on-site three days per week in the Trindade neighborhood of Florianópolis
  • English proficiency explicitly listed in the posting
  • Employment under Brazil’s CLT labor regime
