About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define go-to-market strategy for new products and coordinate cross-functionally to execute launches
  • Own pipeline generation, conversations, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes for new product launches
  • Lead pricing strategy and packaging architecture for assigned product areas
  • Partner with Product Marketing leadership, Product Managers, and Sales to translate business goals and buyer behavior into pricing structures
  • Develop positioning frameworks for Canary’s products and competitive landscape
  • Maintain messaging quality across marketing and sales activities
  • Own external product narratives, including executive keynote narratives, analyst briefings, and launch messaging
  • Analyze sales and product data to generate insights and action plans to improve sales performance
  • Identify customer metrics and proliferate success stories through campaigns with Growth and Content Marketing
  • Work across product, sales, finance, customer success, and executive leadership to align strategy and execute plans
  • Generate customer insights that improve conversions, shape product strategy, and inspire content and asset development
  • Own product areas and strategic go-to-market initiatives end to end
  • Build messaging frameworks, one-pagers, competitive positioning briefs, sales leave-behinds, webinars, and presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS and/or AI environment
  • Experience developing effective and commercially sound pricing and packaging for a multi-product SaaS portfolio
  • Portfolio of external storytelling, including webinars, executive presentations, launch narratives, or analyst content that drove real outcomes
  • Strong analytical ability working with pricing models, win/loss data, and market research
  • High agency and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Proven track record in product positioning for complex or technical products sold to non-technical buyers
  • Experience in hospitality tech, travel, or vertical SaaS is a meaningful differentiator
  • High quality bar for personal work, product-area assets, and team output
  • Management consulting or related experience preferred
  • MBA preferred
