Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the team during shifts and ensure smooth store operations, including in the absence of the Store Manager
Oversee sales processes during the shift
Ensure that all employees provide professional customer advice
Provide friendly, professional customer service and sales assistance
Monitor sales figures and contribute to achieving or exceeding sales targets
Implement sales strategies to increase productivity and customer retention
Assist with inventory monitoring and ordering
Ensure proper product presentation
Support compliance with legal regulations and quality standards
Implement company policies and procedures, including securing daily takings and opening and closing the store

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commercial training or a completed degree in business administration
Solid practical experience in retail
Experience managing and developing employees
Ability to motivate a team
Strong organizational skills
Excellent, friendly, and professional communication skills
Sense of responsibility
Strong analytical skills
Fluent German
Ability to conduct customer conversations in English
