About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented advice to customers
- Actively sell products and support customers in their purchasing decisions
- Process cash-register transactions accurately
- Maintain merchandise, restock products, and present products attractively
- Support stock organization and inventory counts
- Participate in sales promotions and product-range presentations
- Ensure a clean, orderly, and welcoming store appearance
- Follow internal processes, quality standards, and safety and hygiene guidelines
- Work closely with the team and store management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally, initial experience in retail or customer service
- Friendly, open, and professional demeanor
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of customer interaction
- Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented working style
- Teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility
- Basic numerical skills
- Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Very good German language skills
- English language skills are an advantage
