About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate directly with clients as an essential member of the project team
Configure Arize to satisfy customer requirements under the Engagement Leader’s guidance
Recommend system setup choices using behavioral healthcare standards
Perform software and integration testing of implemented systems and solutions
Resolve issues requiring changes to implemented applications and solutions
Document and analyze workflows and processes to identify business needs and improvement opportunities
Develop new forms and workflows as needed
Gather and review customer business requirements and assist in writing user requirement documents
Evaluate and troubleshoot final system implementations
Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation
Participate in testing application updates and new customer features
Perform other assigned duties and projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e., healthcare informatics, business administration, etc.) or equivalent experience that supports clinical expertise
Proven experience in healthcare IT, business analysis or a related field
Strong working knowledge of Information Technology, software solutions, and software management systems
Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong troubleshooting ability
Strong analytical skills
Effective interpersonal and people skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Ability to anticipate issues and risks and proactively develop alternatives
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel
Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral healthcare, software development, and/or SaaS environment preferred
