About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Product Operations team in fulfillment and customer service for government customers
  • Assume end-to-end accountability for operational outcomes within the Government/National Security stream
  • Serve as Tier 2 technical subject matter expert for post-deployment issues
  • Resolve complex technical hurdles through advanced troubleshooting and coordination with engineering or external mission partners
  • Lead operational rollout of hardware and specialized services
  • Ensure seamless delivery, integration, and operator onboarding for deployments
  • Execute end-to-end QA for weekly releases across device, OS, and secure network layers
  • Identify and block high-risk deployments to safeguard operational stability
  • Codify complex technical processes into internal and external field manuals and playbooks
  • Maintain a ready-to-field posture and lead projects or pivot resources during surge requirements or critical mission windows
  • Lead high-stakes technical dialogues and translate system failures into actionable go/no-go information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–5+ years of experience in technical operations, mission support, or a similar role within military, law enforcement, or national security environments
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance (minimum), with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Exceptional capacity to navigate high-volume workflows and competing priorities
  • Ability to lead high-stakes technical dialogues and translate complex system failures into actionable “go/no-go” information
  • Proven track record or distinct aptitude for managing personnel and building support teams
  • Prior experience managing CONUS or OCONUS/deployed supply chain operations is a bonus
  • Hands-on experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android), regression testing, and structured bug reporting is a bonus
  • Familiarity with RF communications, cellular architecture (LTE/5G), or complex signal flows is a bonus
  • Prior experience navigating government agency procurement, security, and operational requirements is a bonus
  • Experience in zero-downtime environments is a bonus
