About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead enterprise architecture and modernization efforts across cloud, data center, and infrastructure operations
Develop and implement hybrid cloud optimization and FinOps strategies to improve performance, resilience, and cost efficiency
Integrate engineering, operations, and service management (SIAM/ITIL) into a unified operating model
Oversee architecture decisions related to capacity planning, automation, lifecycle management, disaster recovery, security, and compliance
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, performance metrics, and governance practices
Partner with infrastructure teams, service providers, cybersecurity stakeholders, and executive leadership to deliver mission outcomes
Provide executive-level recommendations, roadmaps, and modernization strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

USA Citizenship is required
Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or additional experience in lieu of degree
12+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture, engineering, cloud, data center operations, or service integration
Experience designing and modernizing hybrid cloud and on-premises environments
Strong knowledge of ITIL/SIAM, infrastructure operations, cloud technologies, and data center environments
Experience with FinOps, automation, observability, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and service management practices
Understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, resiliency, and disaster recovery requirements
Ability to communicate technical strategies and recommendations to executive and technical audiences
ITIL 4 Certification
Valid U.S. work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require visa sponsorship
