About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support candidates throughout their British Army recruitment journey
- Maintain accurate candidate records and notes in the internal system
- Own performance targets and strive to exceed expectations
- Suggest improvements to candidate experience and internal processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide timely support to regional recruiters
- Help ensure a smooth recruitment process for the Regular Army and Reserves
Requirements
What you’ll need- Confident communicator able to build rapport quickly
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Confidence using digital systems and updating records accurately
- Proactive mindset focused on excellent candidate experience
- Understanding of the British Army recruitment process (desirable)
- Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems (desirable)
- Ability to suggest and implement process improvements (desirable)
