About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and run measurement of behavior change across the firm in partnership with the Enterprise AI Change team
- Treat measurement as a product and build tools that support leaders, change teams, and product owners in decision-making
- Strengthen the listening system by combining qualitative and quantitative research with existing and new signals
- Own the roadmap for the listening system, including deciding which signals to build or retire
- Define and measure leader behaviors that influence AI adoption and culture change in partnership with BKSP
- Conduct user research through interviews, observation, journey mapping, and quick tests
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations
- Partner with Enterprise AI product, analytics, and platform teams to connect communication, sentiment, and usage data
- Research external measurement approaches and adapt relevant methods
- Turn data into stories and guidance that shape campaigns, messaging, and leadership decisions
- Deliver an initial measurement read quickly and improve it based on user feedback
- Use AI tools to synthesize qualitative comments, identify patterns, and draft initial analyses
- Collaborate with Change Activation Leads focused on content and creative
- Initially focus on AI and DxP, with enterprise-wide behavior-change measurement over time
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must understand Capital deeply and know how the organization works; candidates cannot do this role well from outside the organization
- Background in UX, design, or user research, or equivalent user-research approach
- Genuine interest in why people change and ability to distinguish activity measurement from real behavior measurement
- Experience using AI tools to plan studies, synthesize interviews, and identify patterns
- Product-thinking approach to insights, starting with decisions and working backward to data
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to senior leaders
- Comfort working with usage data, survey data, and dashboards
- Understanding of AI tools and data interpretation
- Ability to conduct interviews and build trust with associates and leaders
- Ability to evaluate and address privacy and confidentiality concerns
- Ability to work with sensitive information thoughtfully
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, observation, journey mapping, and quick tests
