About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver Capital Group’s enterprise value to strategically important global clients
  • Enhance firm-wide strategy and provide a superior client experience to select global financial institutions
  • Represent the global, firm-wide Capital Group relationship and partnership with key global clients
  • Share Capital Group’s value proposition with key global clients
  • Work with Senior Relationship Managers and Relationship Manager counterparts to align interests and drive mutually beneficial agendas
  • Foster top-of-the-house connectivity and identify opportunities to introduce new lines of business
  • Coordinate high-impact strategic leadership engagements on important industry and business topics
  • Communicate Capital Group’s firm-wide initiatives and strategy with ERM/GFI counterparts
  • Create and own enterprise account plans, engagement roadmaps, and relationship organization charts
  • Partner with North America and Europe/Asia Client Groups on briefing documents, relationship snapshots, and talking points for key GFI meetings
  • Circulate and action takeaways from executive meetings, workshops, and strategic leadership summits
  • Marshal resources to guide next steps
  • Deepen teams’ understanding of clients’ short- and long-term priorities, objectives, and pain points
  • Empower local teams with global insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA or BS degree is required
  • Must hold a Series 7 and 66
  • CFA and/or MBA ideally
  • Minimum of 10 years financial services industry experience
  • Relationship management experience required
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Strength in synthesizing information and presenting it in a distilled manner in-person, virtually, and in writing
  • In-depth knowledge of client engagement strategies and tactics
  • Proven track record of recognizing and communicating business-building insights
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment characterized by innovation, collaboration, communication, iteration, and speed
  • Business acumen and professional maturity, particularly strong executive presence
  • Ability to initiate, develop, collaborate, and maintain good working relationships
  • Ability to navigate and influence cross-functional teams to complete business objectives
  • Intellectual curiosity and analytical thinking in areas of high complexity
  • Ability to use insight to influence groups and senior associates
