About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own development and production of investment and client-facing materials for a portfolio of funds and strategies
- Produce pitch books, client review materials, quarterly attribution reports, one-pagers and other investment content
- Partner with Sales, Investment Directors, Investment Product Management, Marketing and other teams
- Translate investment and business needs into accurate, compelling content supporting client conversations and sales opportunities
- Manage complex content requests from initial need through final delivery
- Shape clear investment narratives and ensure quality and consistency
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate production
- Recognize when customized, high-touch solutions are needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong investment knowledge and understanding of investment strategies, products and portfolio-related information
- Experience developing investment, product or client-facing content, such as pitch books, client review materials, attribution reports or other sales materials
- Ability to translate complex investment concepts and business needs into clear, compelling content for different audiences
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Investments, Product, Marketing and other partners
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Ability to identify potential issues or inconsistencies in investment content and data and partner with subject-matter experts to resolve them
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines
- Ability to simplify, standardize and automate processes
- Ability to partner with production, automation and technology teams
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (posting identifies the role as a United States position)
