About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently lead strategic, high-complexity process design and optimization efforts through the full life cycle
  • Contribute to business transformation program delivery across Capital Group
  • Drive scale and efficiency in key operational processes
  • Manage and develop process optimization resources
  • Build new capabilities and capacity for the Process Design & Optimization practice
  • Lead and align decision-making with customers and stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder expectations
  • Develop and facilitate consultative engagement approaches
  • Deliver benefits realization, governance structures, change management, and ECO practice engagement
  • Work with Enterprise Change Office experts across Product, Sales and Marketing, Global Business Services, Investment Operations, and Information Technology

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of management consulting or transformation leadership experience and/or 15+ years of business analysis, end-to-end process design/re-engineering/optimization for large, complex initiatives, or workflow solutions and robotic process automation
  • At least 5 years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency leading senior practitioners and developing associates’ skills and capabilities
  • Strategic leadership in transformation strategy, scope definition, prioritization/sequencing, success measures, work approach, and problem-solving techniques
  • Experience leveraging change management best practices and working in agile environments
  • Ability to analyze challenges and develop thoughtful recommendations and compelling visual and written content
  • Expert communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience with technology teams through project/transformation work
  • Ability to establish, nurture, and grow working relationships with clients, team members, and shared services
  • Proficiency with AI tools and experience incorporating them into day-to-day work
  • Solid understanding of the asset management industry with several years of experience
  • Strong organizational skills and self-directed approach focused on delivering tangible business value
  • Preferred: understanding of process transformation frameworks
  • Preferred: experience with Human Centered Design and/or Design Thinking frameworks
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation and process improvement knowledge
  • Preferred: experience applying business process management frameworks
  • Preferred: recent experience leading Procurement-related transformations
