About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary account manager for a portfolio of approximately 15 loan accounts
  • Evaluate accounts and credit facilities through financial statement analysis, spread reviews, covenant compliance calculations, and overall risk assessment
  • Ensure portfolio data is accurate, timely, and complete
  • Research and analyze industry and market data to complete financial projections
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures
  • Compile and synthesize loan, market, and company information for annual client reviews and non-material loan amendments
  • Support underwriting teams on material loan modifications, renewals, refinancings, and recapitalizations through due diligence, financial analysis, and financial modeling
  • Prepare and present account updates to senior leadership during quarterly portfolio reviews
  • Work with internal partners on closing process requirements
  • Participate in coaching, client calls, on-site visits, mentorship, deal shadowing, and formal career guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management or asset management
  • No sponsorship for a new applicant for employment authorization
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Preferred: Completed coursework or training in credit risk management
