About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage key Luxury Travel operational processes and support program execution and growth
  • Serve as the operational contact for program participants and external partners
  • Coordinate communications and contribute to scalable tools and process improvements
  • Manage incoming requests, live property evaluation issues, room category edge cases, and post-visit customer experience or billing disputes
  • Review and score completed property evaluations, escalate critical issues, and distribute performance reports
  • Create educational program resources, host learning events, and deliver program communications
  • Administer the program portal, maintain records and content, coordinate platform issue resolution, and support new features from roadmap through delivery
  • Lead small- to medium-scale department projects with direct company impact
  • Drive cross-functional projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and issues
  • Assist with project planning and design; manage and execute project plans
  • Maintain project documentation, facilitate meetings, and report status to stakeholders
  • Provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to project customers
  • Build stakeholder relationships and improve business processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of professional work experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving and influencing skills
  • Work experience achieving results
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s / MBA degree
  • Preferred: 3 years of Project Management experience
  • Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
