About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment, including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all recruitment stages
  • Manage high-volume candidates with strong organization, attention to detail, and effective communication
  • Partner with hiring managers, business group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand talent needs
  • Work cross-functionally with high-performing recruiters
  • Support strategic initiatives and hiring strategy with business partners
  • Use recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
  • Source candidates through applications, search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Build relationships with high-volume candidates and direct them to suitable roles or opportunities
  • Track high-volume candidate data in real time
  • Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources or client consulting or combination
  • No new employment authorization sponsorship available
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
