About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead audits covering Payment Network operations, including participant onboarding, participant monitoring, settlement, and pricing
Develop engagement planning documentation and audit programs to ensure adequate risk coverage
Design and execute internal control testing and implement efficiencies in test work
Supervise and coordinate audit team assignments
Provide timely feedback and coaching to audit staff
Maintain auditee relationships and communicate audit processes, scope, issues, risks, and recommendations
Assess audit findings, potential exposures, materiality, trends, and broader business risks
Manage timely, high-quality delivery of audits, projects, special assignments, and administrative activities
Independently prioritize and complete multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 7 years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial analysis, or a combination
At least 2 years of experience leading audits and performing as auditor-in-charge
At least 1 year of people management experience
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Preferred: CIA, CPA, or CISA certification
Preferred: 10+ years of internal audit experience
Preferred: 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services
Preferred: 5+ years of people management experience
Preferred: 2+ years of data analysis experience supporting internal auditing
