About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute high-volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing
Maintain security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory compliance standards
Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate digital tools or banking solutions
Greet customers and provide a warm, community-focused experience
Balance efficient high-volume operations with attentive customer service
Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius as needed
Occasionally assist other locations in the broader region
Attend required training sessions
Help clients achieve personal or business financial goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
At least 6 months of cash handling experience
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
Ability to attend all required training sessions, potentially outside the primary shift schedule
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move/stand for extended periods
Regular and consistent attendance
Associate’s degree preferred
2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred
Proficient in G-Suite preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills preferred
