About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges
- Lead the Retail Bank’s Product Analytics team as a hands-on practitioner
- Shape product development, quantify new opportunities, and identify upcoming challenges
- Partner with teams to prioritize product development, set goals, and understand impact
- Drive product-led growth through rigorous analytical approaches, statistical methodologies, and opportunity frameworks
- Influence product direction, investment decisions, and the Retail Bank’s product vision
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to identify high-leverage growth opportunities
- Translate behavioral data and user funnels into product recommendations and feature requirements
- Set methodological standards for experimentation
- Design, analyze, and interpret complex A/B/n tests using advanced statistical techniques
- Query, clean, and transform complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R
- Develop statistical models, user segmentation frameworks, and exploratory analyses
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Technology, Research, and Finance
- Facilitate peer review gates and establish standardized KPI frameworks
- Synthesize data insights into strategic narratives and communicate customer value and long-term business impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, or an MBA with a quantitative concentration; required degree expected by scheduled start date
- Quantitative field may include Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience in analysis
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in financial services
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience in consulting
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in people management
