About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in managing strategic priorities and lead operational and management systems for the Leadership Team
  • Support the Head of Acquisitions and extended leadership team in executing priorities
  • Enable leaders to execute strategic priorities while ensuring operational rigor
  • Develop, implement, and sustain strategy, executive support and team culture, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Report into the Field Chief of Staff Office and collaborate with the team to support Field leadership
  • Partner with the Leadership Team to drive strategic direction and create a cross-functional view of the destination
  • Facilitate presentations articulating strategy to internal and external stakeholders
  • Enhance team-oriented organizational culture and facilitate management systems for organizational effectiveness
  • Lead initiatives addressing associate engagement strategies
  • Ensure organizational alignment through strategic updates on strategy and progress
  • Coordinate Leadership Team meetings, offsites, All Hands events, and other Leadership Team events
  • Support or lead moderate to large horizontal priorities and special projects
  • Establish metrics to track and manage priorities, outcomes, risks, and budgets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management
  • At least 4 years of experience building and influencing strategy
  • Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and influence executives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of sales and client management field operations
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Proven ability to lead moderate-sized cross-functional teams on complex projects and programs
  • Experience handling highly sensitive issues with discretion
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or client management role preferred
  • 3+ years of experience serving in a Chief of Staff or Project Management role in a large, complex, and matrixed organization preferred
