About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate as a Strategic Consultant and Customer-Centric Partner to auto dealers within the Capital One Sales Process
  • Partner with POD counterparts to strategize and achieve sales success
  • Provide consultative expertise and training enablement supporting POD sales objectives
  • Support efforts to gain and retain Navigator Platform subscribers
  • Provide specialized expertise during initial pitches and compelling closing techniques
  • Own seamless customer setup, expert training, and strategic ROI conversations
  • Educate and gain buy-in from key auto dealer stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager and POD team members to develop and execute market strategies and unified sales goals
  • Support Navigator Platform sales efforts and own the customer adoption and retention lifecycle
  • Drive process improvements aligned with customer outcomes and the Capital One Sales Process
  • Provide subject matter expertise on processes and Navigator Platform while representing Sales
  • Troubleshoot Navigator Platform product and process issues
  • Make frequent in-market visits to dealerships to foster relationships and execute the customer enablement cycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Process Management
  • At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management
  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment
  • Ability to train users and drive tool adoption
  • Ability to understand the product and troubleshoot technical issues quickly
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Process Management preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Relationship management preferred
