About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic advisor and operating partner to the senior leadership team
Translate vision into actionable roadmaps and provide a high-context sounding board for executive decision-making
Create and evolve organizational operating rhythms, including business priorities, routines, and strategic planning processes
Design and implement scalable tools and processes that enhance organizational effectiveness
Synthesize disparate data and reporting to bring transparency and rigor to business operations
Partner with Corporate Finance to synchronize operational roadmaps and financial forecasts
Serve as the primary interface for organizational planning and resource allocation against fiscal targets
Connect Product, Tech, Design, and Finance functions around shared objectives
Lead high-stakes cross-functional special projects independently in a matrixed environment
Support an Executive Vice President and senior leadership team in improving business efficiency and cross-functional impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
At least 8 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Chief of Staff experience
At least 3 years of people management experience
Preferred: 5+ years of experience in strategy development
Preferred: 5+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy
Preferred: 6+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence
