About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the development and delivery of the Company’s global equity compensation programs
- Lead the Equity & Special Compensation team, including enterprise-wide equity strategy, equity trend analysis, equity grants and releases, peer equity market intelligence, risk management, and the corporate equity plan provider relationship
- Lead equity program administration for long-term incentive plans, stock purchase plans, special compensation, and executive compensation initiatives
- Partner on equity program design, including award vehicles, eligibility, targets, vesting schedules, and terms and conditions
- Deliver data-driven materials, analyses, actionable recommendations, and executive-ready presentations for senior leaders and Compensation Committee discussions
- Lead equity compensation work for acquisitions, including due diligence, equity award conversion planning, execution, and communications
- Collaborate with Legal, Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and third-party vendors to ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
- Oversee stock plan data for Forms 10-K and 10-Q, Section 16 filings, proxy materials, and equity plan reserve increases
- Monitor proxy advisor policies, legislative changes, SEC rules, and disclosure requirements; develop recommendations
- Oversee and evolve stock ownership requirements for senior executives
- Advise Compensation leadership on equity compensation processes, policies, and system solutions
- Provide analytical and technical support for equity programs, plan design alternatives, expense implications, market studies, and benchmarking
- Facilitate deferred compensation deferrals, including equity awards, for the Board of Directors
- Enhance compensation processes and reporting through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools
- Support special projects across the enterprise
- Lead a team of up to 6 associates
- Lead cross-functional teams designing and delivering compensation product and experience enhancements
- Foster a culture of belonging through attracting, developing, and supporting talent
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 7 years of experience in Equity Design and Administration, Executive Compensation, Finance, or a combination
- At least 5 years of people management experience
- Ability to navigate a large matrixed organization, build consensus, and influence others
- Ability to build strong partnerships across stakeholders and partner groups
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to synthesize complex data to solve complicated problems
- Results-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and strong professional judgment
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills

- Preferred: at least 5 years leading large cross-functional initiatives at a Fortune 100 company
- Preferred: at least 3 years with Workday
- Preferred: at least 3 years in client-facing or consulting roles
- Preferred: proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Products (e.g. Sheets, Slides)
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Human Resources
- Preferred: Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
- Preferred: experience using AI and/or technology such as Gemini or Claude Code
