About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives, translating business strategies into actionable talent and organizational strategies
Provide executive coaching and advice on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, organizational design, and enterprise strategy
Influence prioritization of work and initiatives for client groups
Develop innovative solutions and challenge the status quo for transformative work
Lead and participate in enterprise-wide HR projects with people analytics, recruiting, compensation, associate relations, and L&D partners
Define and lead comprehensive talent strategy supporting an equitable associate culture
Drive strategic workforce planning, succession planning, skills-gap assessments, and future-state organizational modeling
Partner with the business on recruiting and retention strategies and talent-market assessments
Measure HR strategy and program effectiveness using data and people analytics
Assess Human Capital risks and develop remediation strategies
Manage delivery and adoption of Performance Management, Leadership Development, and Change Management processes
Lead and develop the HR team through vision, prioritization, coaching, and ongoing development

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 7 years of client-facing experience OR at least 7 years of consulting experience OR a combination
At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources
Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience preferred
MBA or Master’s degree preferred
Professional Human Resources Certification, Senior Professional Human Resources certification, or coaching certification preferred
9+ years of client-facing experience, consulting experience, or a combination preferred
9+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting preferred
Experience managing complex organizational change, organizational design, and talent strategies preferred
