About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead client and participant readiness initiatives
  • Build and manage a dedicated participant enablement function
  • Design an end-to-end readiness system
  • Own the CRM ecosystem and marketing tool stack
  • Define and execute the Salesforce and related enablement-platform roadmap
  • Establish a single source of truth for participant metrics, referral tracking, and client performance analytics
  • Oversee adoption, integration, and governance of marketing and enablement technologies
  • Prioritize automation to reduce administrative friction while maintaining data accuracy
  • Lead implementation and daily operation of merchant referral software, including RAM and RMS, within Salesforce
  • Establish one system of record for merchant acceptance complaints
  • Design referral workflows for seamless participant experience, accurate attribution, and automated dashboard distribution
  • Develop CRM dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor client programs, enablement initiatives, and referral performance
  • Translate opportunities, engagement data, and referral metrics into actionable recommendations to improve participant engagement and conversion rates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in enablement operations, client or participant readiness, or CRM technology management
  • At least 7 years of experience designing, configuring, optimizing, and architecting Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Experience Cloud
  • At least 4 years of experience integrating third-party tools, marketing technology stacks, and external referral systems directly into Salesforce
  • At least 5 years of experience building custom dashboards, defining KPI frameworks, and executing data governance or data validation routines across enterprise CRM systems
  • Preferred: 5+ years of people management experience
  • Preferred Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, Advanced Administrator, System Architect, Application Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant
  • Preferred experience in financial services, payments networks, or fintech platforms
  • Preferred experience managing merchant acceptance workflows, complaints tracking, or partner referral systems
  • Preferred experience with integrated B2B or B2B2C marketing automation and enablement stacks, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement/Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo
  • Preferred proven track record of building an enablement or readiness function from the ground up using Flow, process automation, or API-driven workflows
